Nordlige Norden is a gastronomic exploration of the Arctic, of musk ox, reindeer, rypesnaps, polar herbs, dried fish and plenty more. The 3-day festival will be held on Nikolaj Plads in Copenhagen.
There will be food stalls from all over the “Northern North” specialising in various products or dishes from Icelandic salt to reindeer. And throughout, workshops will be running, such as learning to make syrup of seaweed and crowberries from Greenland. The festival and workshops are free.
