Wine bars and restaurants specialising in great wine are rife in Copenhagen. Here are just a few of them...
There's no place quite like @denvandrette for a summer evening of wine and harbour breeze. Photo by @katherinebont.
Bar’Vin, as the name suggests, is a deliciously winey place, though you can choose to compliment your wine with charcuterie snacks, cheese, or a beautiful meal like @julianeholmedahl!
On a little local corner in the middle of residential Nørrebro is this little unpretentious wine bar, serving beautiful wines, all by the glass. Pefect for cosying up inside, or catching the last rays out on the street like @giulioungaretti!
Sankt Annae 8
Sankt Annæ 8 is a understated but cosy little wine bar and spiseri in Christianshavn. Excellent wine choice, with charcuterie to compliment, and a menu serving 1 dish every day (they publish the week’s menu on their website). Busy and cosy and not too pricey either! @dinasachs enjoying on a slightly sunnier day!
Eating or drinking out tonight? @guroroberg suggests the lovely Rødder & Vin for some Thursday night refreshments!
Wine on tap at Vinhanen, as photographed by @zintik_zintik. Buy a bottle to drink in, or one to take away - the bottles are really nice too! And be sure to accompany your wine with some snacks from their great little menu.
Ved Stranden is a buzzing little place to relax with a glass of wine or several by the water (or cosy up inside like @skateedee here). And on Mondays, they invite a chef to cook up a simple one-pot meal, which is always divine. So if you go on a Monday, turn up early, and ask for “whatever food is being served up” - you won’t regret it!
Beau Marché Café à Vins
@danielkoudal enjoying some Rosé and nibbles at Beau Marché, one of Copenhagen’s loveliest French cafés. An great wine menu, some simple, quality dishes, and a cosy, intimate atmosphere. In summer, there’s the classic Parisian pavement dining too!
