This is us. We hope this page will gradually fill up with more and more people as our mad world grows! We also rely a lot on our community who keep us updated with all things fun and foodie in Copenhagen, and continue to share stories and photos with us. Thank you for your dedication to the mad cause.
Egg nerd, perpetually sweet toothed, full of bizarre British phrases no one else understands - Hazel is the creative nut of Mad About Copenhagen.
Italian at heart (actually Danish), her homemade ravioli has been known to make even the most hardy of men fall at their feet. Marie tackles all things business like the bad bitch she is.
Apart from his penchant for seriously good wine and “the world’s best olives”, Antonio is the guy who keeps us on track, together, and always doing the right thing. He also coaches other mad people.
He is as mad as his hair if not madder. Benjamin is currently working with us taking photos for our book, and he very much enjoys all the food that comes with such an important job.
When she's not in her kitchen fermenting things, she's out eating brunch or sipping wine somewhere in the city. Helen knows all the mad gossip and is responsible for making our guide current, delicious and witty.
Nicole hails from sunny California and since landing in Copenhagen, she's already worked her way through most of the food and drink this city has to offer (impressive)! Other than chewing bluebells in the garden, she's managing our public relations.
Lilja's life would be complete if she could only eat fried chicken and drink funky Faroese beer all day, every day. She is our bonafide filmmaker aficionado.
Once a marine archeologist, now more of a mad anthropologist, Tasha's job is to understand how foodies think, and transform that research into building our mad community and developing our projects.
He's a sweet Swede (the country, not the vegetable) with a heart of gold. When we're doing crazy ambitious events, Albin runs the kitchen with a calm and zen to soothe the most stressed mad people!
These friendly looking folk have something in common (other than their jumpers) - they love the internet! They coded our website and our guide service into being. They are awesome.
We’re often looking for talented babies to work with us on projects, and join our mad team above. If we're hiring, you'll find out about it here. If you want to pitch us a project, contact us.
